Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath.
Feel the rhythm of your breath syncing with the life within you.

Inhale — I receive peace.
Exhale — I share love.

Bring your hands to your belly.
Feel the sacred warmth of creation,
A tiny heartbeat dancing in harmony with yours.

Imagine a soft golden light glowing in your womb —
expanding with each breath, surrounding your baby in love,
protection, and divine wisdom.

Say gently in your mind or aloud:

“You are safe. You are loved. You are light.”

Visualize this light flowing through your body —
from your womb to your heart, from your heart to your mind,
and from your mind to the universe.

Let your body soften. Let your thoughts drift like clouds.
Know you are a vessel of love, a temple of life,
a garden where a soul blooms.

Inhale — I nourish.
Exhale — I surrender.

Stay in this stillness.
Just you… and your baby… wrapped in timeless presence.

When ready, open your eyes gently.
Carry this peace with you — for both of you.
