🌿 Simple Practice

  1. Inhale slowly through the nose
    Count to 4 — feel your belly expand.
    Imagine calm entering your body.

  2. Hold gently
    Count to 2 — allow stillness.
    Feel time pause in grace.

  3. Exhale slowly through the mouth
    Count to 6 — let your shoulders soften.
    Release tension, release fear.

  4. Repeat for 3–5 minutes
    Let each breath be deeper and more effortless.
    Let your body open to peace, your mind return to center.
